Our mission is straightforward: make everyday property operations easier for landlords, owners, and small property teams. We are two brothers from Cologne, and as first-time homeowners in Germany we experienced the paperwork burden and operational friction firsthand. That experience is exactly why we want to share what we learned and help others have an easier time managing their homes and rentals.
